Eckrich to Launch Feed Your Need for Speed Campaign with Team Rensi Motorsports
Naperville, Illinois (June 26, 2007) – With over a century of history and a proud reputation for great-tasting, quality smoked sausages, breakfast meats, cold cuts and franks, the Eckrich brand today announced the launch of their Feed Your Need for Speed campaign which will be supported by a multi-race NASCAR Busch Series sponsor partnership with Team Rensi Motorsports.
At each 2007 Team Eckrich race event, the Feed Your Need for Speed campaign will feature the logos of Eckrich and a select Eckrich retail partner on a specially-designed #35 Team Rensi Ford Fusion driven by NASCAR Busch Series veteran Bobby Hamilton, Jr.
Eckrich and their select retail partners will serve as primary sponsors during the USG Sheetrock 300 at Chicagoland Speedway on July 14, the Kroger 200 at Indanapolis’ O’Reilly Raceway Park on July 18 and the O’Reilly Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway on November 3. The specially-designed Team Eckrich race car and Hamilton, Jr. will also appear within Eckrich advertising, promotions and in-store merchandising programs at numerous retail stores from July through November of 2007.
