Ronnie Russell has accumulated a lifetime of experience in NASCAR. From
the days of working with The King, Richard Petty to now serving as President
of Team Rensi Motorsports, Russell has delivered class and commitment
to his job. Known as a person that will give you the shirt off his
back, Ronnie is always watching out for the employees of Team Rensi Motorsports.
Russell, 53, a Clarksville, TN native has been with Team Rensi Motorsports
since its inception in 1998. Prior to being named President, Russell
served as Vice President of Operations for Team Rensi Motorsports.
With his experience in the sport, Russell guides the Team Rensi Motorsports
ship on a daily basis. His work with sponsors, drivers and employees
has helped to put Team Rensi in a position to succeed.
Russell and his wife Kim reside in Harrisburg, NC. His son, Richard
is a mechanic and jackman for the Smithfield Foods Ford Fusion.
ROB WINCHESTER – VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION

After a 23 year career in the United States Marine Corps, Rob Winchester
was looking for a new challenge in life. One of his jobs with the
Marine Corps led him to that challenge. From 2000-2002 Winchester
served as the point of contact for the Marine Corps NASCAR Racing program. The
experience opened his eyes to the power of NASCAR and Winchester wanted
to be a part of the action. In 2004, Winchester was offered a marketing
position with Team Rensi Motorsports. Winchester quickly accepted
and began to work with the family of Team Rensi Motorsports Marketing
partners.
In December of 2005, Winchester was promoted to the position of Vice
President of Administration. In his role, Winchester provides
oversight in all non-racing departments at Team Rensi Motorsports.
Winchester and his wife LuAnne are the proud parents of Caroline, 16
and Cassidy, 13. The Winchester family resides in Sherrills Ford, NC

Chris Wright grew up racing on the dirt tracks of South Carolina. Starting at the young age of seven, Chris began helping with his father’s race car every weekend. At the age of 16, Chris stepped behind the wheel of a race car. He competed as a driver from 1989-2002.
In addition to racing, Chris attended and graduated in 1995 from The University of South Carolina with a double major, Marketing and Management. Following graduation, Chris went to work in NASCAR. Over the years, Chris has worked with Melling Racing, Nemco Motorsports, Diamond Ridge Racing, Robert Yates Racing, Brewco and Evernham Motorsports. He was named Crew Chief for Team Rensi Motorsports in November of 2005.
